Beyond Birth: A Women’s Wellness Workshop
Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 9:00am – 12:00pm
Beyond Birth is a multi-disciplinary workshop that we hosted for the first time in April of 2024. We designed this workshop with a variety of providers to speak on women’s health and wellness with a focus on prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum periods. We feature 10-minute presentations from a variety of providers and an open-house following to allow attendees to speak to the providers more one-on-one and get more information. Whether you’re newly expecting, struggling with infertility, or wanting to learn more about the options you have in healthcare, this workshop is for you. This workshop is only held once a year, so you won’t want to miss out!
This event will take place March 29, 2025 from 9:00am – 12:00pm at Morman Family Chiropractic in Ottawa, OH, with the presentations and talks taking place first and the open house following. There will be coffee and light refreshments provided, and it is FREE to attend! Gather up your mom friends and make a morning of learning more about how to better you and your family’s health!
The Perfect Storm
An ADHD, Anxiety, Sensory, & Spectrum Workshop

Our Perfect Storm workshop is designed to give hope, answers, and help to families of kids who may be struggling with focus, attention, anxiety, meltdowns, behaviors, or other struggles. We dive deep into the “Perfect Storm” of events that help to explain why our kiddos might be struggling and the nervous system’s role in it.
Beyond the Classroom
Building Your Kid’s Health Team for a Better School Year, A Workshop
Our Beyond the Classroom event is one of our multidisciplinary workshops designed to connect you with a variety of providers with one goal in mind-supporting families and kids to have a smoother school year. We first hosted this workshop in the fall of 2024. Designed similarly to our Beyond Birth workshop, this event features presentations from various providers and an open-house to allow you time to speak with each provider individually. We only host this workshop once a year, so you won’t want to miss it!
Raising Healthy Kids Naturally Workshop
Our Raising Healthy Kids Naturally Workshop is for families wanting to learn more about natural ways to change their family’s health, but don’t know where to start. We talk about how chiropractic can help our immune systems, then dive into gut health, sleep routines, and stress management-as well as how each can impact our immune systems. To round out the talk, we share a few tips on home remedies and homeopathics to give you and your family more health resources.
